The Tashirobaru Trail Center is located right next to the steep cliff of Chijiwa Fault. It is used by climbers and hikers as the start of trails up Mt. Azumadake, Mt. Kusenbudake and other nearby mountains. (Please note that the opening days and hours vary according to the season.) The Center has the exhibits about animals and plants found in Unzen areas. There are also camping sites around the Center.
